Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-07
Igniva Dev is a marketplace for Roblox digital resources and creator services, with optional website memberships. Review these terms and the relevant listing before making a purchase. Igniva Dev is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
1. Accounts and eligibility
Use accurate account information, keep your password private and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement; where parental or guardian authorisation is required by law, obtain it before creating an account or making a purchase. Sellers must also satisfy Stripe’s onboarding and payout requirements.
Do not impersonate others or site administrators. Display names must be unique and can normally be changed once every seven days. Membership badges and creator specialties do not grant administrator permissions.
2. Marketplace purchases
The seller identified on a product or service listing is responsible for supplying that resource or service as described. Igniva operates the marketplace, payment integration, account library and support tools. Igniva supplies its own optional website memberships. Sellers must disclose their legal identity and whether they act as a business before a consumer purchase. Contact support before ordering if these details are unclear.
Read what is included, compatibility, licence, setup instructions, support period and available update information. Setup or installation add-ons are separate items only when you select them. Any agreed service scope, price, delivery and support commitments must be clear before payment. A service enquiry or project conversation is not itself evidence that an online payment has been made.
The checkout shows the amount and currency before you authorise payment. Product prices, selected add-ons and any Igniva commission are calculated on the server. Access to paid resources is granted only after verified payment confirmation. Keep your order details and use your own account to access the library.
3. Resource licences and seller responsibilities
A resource purchase grants the use rights stated in that listing, rather than ownership of its intellectual property. Respect the stated licence and applicable law. Do not redistribute paid files or resell another creator’s work unless the rights holder has expressly permitted it.
Sellers must have the rights to sell their resources, describe them accurately and honour the advertised support and delivery commitments. Do not upload malware, stolen assets, credential-stealing tools, misleading listings or content that breaches law or Roblox’s rules. Approval by an administrator does not guarantee that a product is compatible with every project or that all claims have been independently verified.
4. Payments, seller fees and payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card, Apple Pay and Link availability depends on Stripe, your device and the payment methods enabled for the domain. Buyers do not need a paid Igniva membership to buy products. Igniva does not offer a buyer deposit balance or a buyer withdrawal wallet.
For new paid marketplace purchases, buyers pay the identified seller’s connected Stripe account directly. Stripe deducts payment processing fees from the seller’s account. A seller can save a minimal Stripe connection and list approved products, but customers cannot pay until Stripe has enabled the required payment capability. Bank payouts depend separately on Stripe verification and bank requirements. Currency conversion and bank payout fees may also apply to the seller. Igniva’s buyer service fee is 0% at launch. If a buyer service fee is introduced later, it will be announced and included in the displayed total before checkout, with a separate breakdown. A change applies only to new checkouts and never recalculates an earlier purchase. We do not currently add a Stripe processing surcharge to buyers.
Recorded revenue is not the same as money currently available for payout. Seller onboarding and verification, pending settlement, refunds, disputes, Stripe restrictions and relevant fees can affect the available amount and payout timing. Sellers must keep their Stripe account and bank information current and meet applicable tax and reporting obligations. Automatic payments to multiple collaborators require a separately supported payment arrangement; a saved revenue-sharing agreement does not itself establish a Stripe transfer.
For new direct seller payments, refunds and disputes relate to the seller’s connected account and are handled under Stripe’s applicable agreements and requirements. The seller connection is configured with Stripe collecting processing fees and accepting responsibility for eligible negative balances on the connected account. This does not remove the seller’s obligations to customers or Igniva’s responsibility for its own Stripe account, website memberships or other applicable obligations. Igniva provides order records and support tools. Historical purchases keep their original payment account and payment responsibilities; any historical platform-collected payment remains subject to Igniva’s original settlement, refund and dispute responsibilities. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Optional monthly memberships
Igniva Plus is USD 4.99 or EUR 4.99 per month; Igniva Elite is USD 14.99 or EUR 14.99 per month. The checkout identifies the currency and total for your subscription. Membership charges are paid to Igniva and are separate from purchases from marketplace sellers.
- Plus: up to 500 MB ZIP resource uploads, 12 screenshots per product, one featured profile resource, optional name colours, and the Plus profile and listing badge.
- Elite: up to 1000 MB ZIP resource uploads, 24 screenshots per product, five featured profile resources, optional name colours, and the Elite profile and listing badge, including Plus benefits with higher limits.
Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can stop renewal from Membership and use the Stripe customer portal to update payment details or view invoices. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid benefits remain until the end of the confirmed paid period. Cancelling renewal is separate from making a statutory withdrawal or refund request.
Plan changes follow the effective date shown in the membership interface. A failed payment does not extend paid benefits; Stripe may retry collection. Existing products and uploaded files are not automatically deleted when membership ends or a plan is downgraded. New uploads and image additions must meet your current limits, and the number of featured resources shown is limited by your current plan.
6. Withdrawal, refunds and faulty products
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content or services. Contact Ingivadev@gmail.com with your order identifier and an explanation of the problem. Where applicable, you may be entitled to correction, redelivery, a price reduction or termination and a refund.
Your withdrawal rights depend on the laws that apply to your purchase. Where applicable, qualifying distance contracts carry a statutory withdrawal period, commonly 14 days. A statutory exception for immediate digital-content delivery applies only when all legal conditions are satisfied, including express prior consent, acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights and the required confirmation. Simply paying or downloading does not by itself establish all those conditions. Igniva does not claim a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights.
For services, including memberships, beginning performance within the withdrawal period does not automatically remove all withdrawal rights. Any permitted proportionate charge or exception must meet the applicable legal conditions. Contact us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw; you do not have to use a particular wording or a particular support channel.
You can use this notice: “I withdraw from my contract for [product or membership], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. Name: [name]. Contact email: [email]. Date: [date].” Send it to the operator’s contact email or postal address in the Operator and contact section below. This is a convenient notice, not a restriction on your statutory right or a substitute for any legally required model form and contract confirmation.
7. Community rules and moderation
Do not post threats, harassment, slurs, hate speech, explicit sexual content, non-consensual personal information, scams or unlawful material. Names, profile images and service listings are subject to automatic checks; uncertain content can be sent to administrators for review. Product publishing requires the applicable approval process.
Administrators can warn, suspend or ban an account and remove or restrict content. Suspended accounts have read-only access and cannot sell products during the suspension. A ban prevents account sign-in. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact support for human review. Account enforcement does not remove any consumer rights or valid claim to money owed.
8. Privacy and external services
The privacy policy explains how information is handled. Stripe and linked social platforms also have their own applicable terms. You must follow the rules applicable to Roblox and to any third-party material you use.
9. Copyright notices and sales campaigns
Rights holders or authorised representatives can submit a notice at Copyright notices and track it at Copyright tickets. The affected seller can view the notice and submit a counter-notice after a removal. Administrators assess completeness, evidence, responses and applicable law; filing alone does not automatically remove content. Restrictions preserve purchase records and stored files, but can suspend listing visibility and downloads where necessary. Contact support about affected purchases and remedies. No automatic restoration occurs when a counter-notice is filed.
Campaign participation is voluntary for each seller. Global campaign names, percentages and dates are fixed when the invitation is created. Sellers can opt in for specific current listings or all their current products or services, decline, or leave. Discounts apply to the resource price; optional add-ons are excluded. A service starting-price discount does not itself establish an agreed project quote or payment.
Campaigns last at most 14 days and cannot overlap on a listing. A listing requires 30 days of recorded price history, 14 days after its latest price change, and a 14-day pause after an earlier sale. The reference price is the lowest recorded price in the preceding 30 days, including earlier sales. Prices cannot be changed while enrolled in a scheduled or active sale. Ending or leaving a sale does not change any existing order.
10. Changes, availability and disputes
We may maintain or change the website and will communicate material changes affecting existing agreements through an appropriate account notice or email. Changes do not retrospectively change the price of a completed purchase or remove mandatory rights. We do not promise uninterrupted availability; contact support if an interruption prevents access to a paid service.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory protections in the consumer’s country continue to apply. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint. You remain free to use the competent consumer complaints authority or court; these terms do not require mandatory private arbitration or a waiver of consumer remedies.
