Igniva's fee

At 0%, Igniva adds no marketplace service fee to the resource price or selected extras. Stripe processing costs still apply to the seller. A later Igniva fee will be announced and shown in the total before payment; earlier orders keep their original price.

Who receives the payment?

Buyers pay the seller's connected Stripe account directly. Stripe deducts its payment processing fees from that account. Igniva does not hold marketplace earnings in a withdrawal wallet.

A saved Stripe connection is not proof that payments or bank payouts are enabled. Sellers must complete the details Stripe requires before customers can pay.

Stripe fees

• Processing fees depend on the seller account, card origin, payment method, currency and applicable Stripe pricing.
• Currency conversion, bank payouts or payment disputes can involve additional charges. These are separate from Igniva’s service fee.
• The seller’s Stripe dashboard and agreement show the fees applicable to their account. We do not promise a single worldwide processing or withdrawal rate.

Example at 0%

For a USD 20 resource with no extras, the buyer pays USD 20 and Igniva's service fee is USD 0. The seller receives the payment less the actual fees charged by Stripe. This example does not estimate Stripe's fee.

Memberships are separate

Igniva Plus and Elite are optional website subscriptions paid to Igniva. You can buy marketplace products with a free account. A membership payment does not pay for another seller's resource.
